Sunita has this killer energy and spirit that fills the whole class room. I love her music with contemporary dance beats. It definitely works to get through the tough workout! Sunita also knows how to bring people together. I have met some great people through her classes that share similar values. I look forward to her classes each week!
I’ve been doing Zumba with Sunita for the last two years and I have seen a definite change in my body. Zumba works all aspects of my body lumped together with the fun, upbeat Latin/pop fusion music that keeps me moving!
Sunita's bootcamp class is challenging and fun. Sunita incorporates cardio, flexiblity, strength, core and balance in her bootcamp class. You can go at your own pace but she also drives you to reach new fitness goals. Sunita plays great music during the class and also closes the class with stretching and yoga moves. Bootcamp with Sunita will get you into shape and keep you there.
Sunita is a wonderful trainer. I really enjoy working out with her. The level of energy she brings to class is really contagious. She pushes and motivates you to reach your fitness goals and the results are great. I have gone out of my exercise routine a couple of times and once I get back to classes with Sunita, I find myself back in shape in as little as two months. I really enjoy her total body Boot Camp and Shapin’ classes.
