SALMON WRAP SALAD

  • Butter lettuce
  • cooked salmon (cut in small pieces)

TUNA SALAD

  • bed of butter lettucesoy sauce to taste
  • Fresh sliced tuna
  • sliced lemon
  • cherry tomatoes
  • fresh horseradish

FRIED SALMON SALAD

Place salmon on a plate and marinate both sides with freshly squeezed lemon juice, sea-salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and chili powder. Heat olive oil in skillet Fry marinated salmon each side no more than 6mins. Once its blackened flip the salmon. Remove skillet from heat and let salmon sit in the hot skillet for no more than 3mins as it will continue to cook…. Prepare the rest in a salad bowl while salmon cooks.
